The Juniors program builds on foundational skills with more structured training.

Athletes improve movement quality, strength, and confidence, while learning proper technique, and begin to build real skills, confidence, and athletic ability — while still keeping training engaging and enjoyable.

WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL EXPERIENCE

At this stage, we introduce more structured training while keeping sessions fun and motivating.

Sessions include:

  • Speed and agility development

  • Strength fundamentals (bodyweight-based)

  • Coordination and movement skills

  • Competitive games and challenges

We focus on helping athletes improve while still loving the process.
